Truth and Lies

I'm sorry for how late this is, someone just let me know that we still can do these late. I think that whether you lie or tell the truth depends on the situation and what type of person you are. Personally I think that you should tell the truth whenever possible, but in some cases it is necessary to lie to either protect someone or make a bad situation better. I see why you would need to lie to a child to protect their innocence. Also usually lying doesn't make a situation better in the long run but if it can I say do it. The person that is talking also matters because if they are nice or mean they will change the truth to either make you feel better or worse or they could be a person who always lies or tells the truth.
