Totem
Well, I'm sorry for missing the last post and not caring enough to respond to any other post, but I'll complete this one. My totem I guess would be some kind of jungle cat like a jaguar, panther, or tiger just because most of these cats do the same thing, they go do their own thing by themselves get food find a place to sleep but then they still choose to go "mingle" with others of its species when they have to but they prefer to be alone. Also is this related to the mask assignment?

Of course it's related to the mask assignment. Just as the question blog was related to the beginning of school/learning how to question aspect of the class, and the truth/lies was related both to the mask assignment and the poem "Tell all the truth" by Emily Dickinson, and the school spirit one was related to the mask (people identify with groups, with teams, with schools, and use those to represent themselves) and Homecoming Week. All of the things we talk about are basically interrelated, because the ideas come either from me directly, or from you all, refracting and calving from my ideas.
ReplyDeleteWhich is why it's sad when you don't participate in some of the topics -- and also kind of absurd, because in essence, they aren't any different from the ones you do participate in. But then, that selective laziness and studied indifference also fits quite well with a jungle cat. Ironic for someone named Fox?
I think thats a good totem for you Logan it fits you well and to be truthful im also having a very hard time with this blog thing i'm not very good at stuff like this and i feel like this is gooing to affect my grade very much
