People make their own decisions

I think these rules are all basically right and for the most part do apply to people and provide a good basis for determination of fault. Although I don't like the fact that people can plead insanity during a trial, well if they really are insane then I guess it's fair, but you can't tell sometimes if the person really is or not. Then again I think people should always be in charge of themselves. If someone is able to make the decision to do something they need to be able to take the consequences whether they be good or bad. Now onto the story...really those people couldn't just pull out there cell phone and call 911?!?! Oh no they pull it out to take a freakin picture! Are you kidding me!! "Hey look that guy is bleeding to death...quick take a picture! This only happens once in a life time!" It just makes me angry...did they even think to call 911? So the people at fault are for one the attacker cuse duh he pulled a knife and stabbed a guy to death, and the dumb idiots who didn't help the guy who was dying.
