I think that a person should be held responsible even when they drink alcohol or do drugs, because they KNOW that doing those things would make them intoxicated and unable to think like a normal person. I think that if someone is legally insane or temporary insane, they shouldn't be held responsible because it's a biological condition that they can't control.
