Responsibility

I think that if you are insane then your actions are not your fault, oh or if you were drugged not you took drugs willingly but that you were drugged. But the other reasons that people don't get in trouble are dumb! If you took drugs you knew you were doing something you shouldn't, if you got influenced by another person you shouldn't have believed them, and just because you're young doesn't mean you don't know something is wrong.

I think that not doing something should be punished if you know it'll lead to bad things. So the stabber and the people who just walked past the stabbed man are to blame. Why didn't one of them call the police? The parents of the stabber I'm sure tried to teach them wrong from right. And the knife salesmen probably thought they wouldn't use the knife to kill.
