I agree with all of the rules listed above. As for the situation with the man getting stabbed to death, I think that most of those things were factors. It is the peoples fault for not calling 911, that could have changed the ending of that mans life. It was also the killers fault and his parents for not teaching him right from wrong. It wasnt the man who sold him the knife's fault if it was legal, but if it wasnt then it was his fault too. If the victum had started the fight, then he is also at fault. If he was mobbed by chance then he is not at wrong. If police were present at the time and they didnt try to stop it, then of course its their fault. As for it being Gods fault of the devils, that all depends on your religious views.
